Dr Morvwen Duncan is a Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist, currently working within the National Health Service Leading a Forensic Child and Adolescent Mental Health Team and working as an Honorary Clinical Psychologist at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children. Morvwen is actively involved in research, with current projects exploring the development and treatment of functional tics in the context of co-occurring neurodevelopmental conditions, as well as the impact of early traumatic experiences on adopted children and adoptive parents. She is currently supervising University College London Doctorate students on their research projects exploring young people’s experiences of a diagnosis of functional tics.
