Payment Methods

  • Payment can be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or electronic funds transfer (EFT)
  • If payment is made by an international electronic funds transfer, please include an additional AU$25 to cover the local bank fee
  • Please note if a registration is made after Thursday 26 September 2024, payment via credit card is the only payment option available 
  • Participation is not confirmed until full payment is received
  • Please note ‘WALDRONSMITH Management’ will appear on your credit card transaction statement.
Payment can be made in the following manner:

Visa, and MasterCard are accepted.
Note: From Thursday 26 September 2024 onwards, all online registration must be paid in full by credit card.

If you would like to pay by EFT (bank transfer) please select 'EFT Payment' on the online registration form. A tax invoice will be generated and emailed to you immediately with your registration confirmation letter.

All bank fees incurred with electronic funds transfer, whether international or national, are at the depositor’s expense. 

Please use your name as a reference.

To ensure prompt reconciliation please forward a copy of the transfer record/remittance advice to the Congress Office.
